Agreement to Terms

Our Services
Big Dog's Outdoor Services LLC provides professional lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal maintenance services for residential and commercial properties in Green Bay, Howard, and Brown County, Wisconsin. All services are subject to availability, seasonal conditions, and scheduling.
We reserve the right to refuse service, modify service offerings, or adjust scheduling as needed due to weather, safety, or other operational considerations.
Estimates and Pricing
- Free estimates are non-binding.
- Final pricing will be confirmed with you before work begins.
- Prices are subject to change based on the actual scope of work, site conditions, and any additional services requested.
- Additional charges may apply for work beyond the original agreed-upon scope.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards as forms of payment.
- Late payments may result in suspension of future services until the account is brought current.
- Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee and may result in requiring alternative payment methods.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Cancellation Policy
- We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a service appointment.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
- Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
Property Access
By scheduling services, you grant Big Dog's Outdoor Services LLC permission to access your property to perform the agreed-upon services. You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the work area, including securing pets, unlocking gates, and removing obstacles.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Dog's Outdoor Services LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services or website.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Insurance
Big Dog's Outdoor Services LLC is fully insured. Our coverage includes general liability insurance for all services performed. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, and other materials, is the property of Big Dog's Outdoor Services LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Brown County, Wisconsin.
